Recorded from the rear of the venue, stage left. A really good video recording! JB has shot some amazing footage over the years. Had this on the archive from a VHS copy to DVD. Joe recently reached out to me and unloaded a bunch of masters to preserve on the archive. All of these recordings are gems. It’s a massive upgrade in terms of quality. To have something from 1994 from the master tape is hard to come by. This is a perfect audience film for it’s time and has some really steady cam work. The audio is pretty good from the Realistic mic as well. Some of these recordings are 20GB+ and I cannot host those raw files on the archive. I have tried to transcode the video recordings to something that is more realistic in terms of size, but also trying to preserve quality in order to release it on the archive for download. I am in no means an expert with video recordings and I am always looking for suggestions. If you have some input in how I can maximize quality but not going to overboard with size (which seems like there must be a fine point to achieve) I am always open to suggestions. YouTube compresses standard def video a great deal so I have reupped a new version of this from 5000 kbps to 12000 kbps. Big thanks to Joe for sharing this with the archive!
