My third time seeing NIN, and easily the best show I've ever been too. Peaches were great, Bauhaus was good but I'm not very into them. Trent fucking kicked out the jams. Setlist wasn't much different, except for one song Peter Murphy sang with Trent. Saw Rob Sheridan running around filming, and Meathead was there too I believe. (I'd recognize that forehead anywhere.) Halfway through the show Trent shot lasers out of his eyes and melted a whole bunch of people but that's cuz he's badass. After the show some fuckhead on the highway swerved in front of me and slammed into the highway divider. We called 911 and went on our merry way. We didn't sneak a camera into the venue, but I did manage to take some shots with my phone. Good, good fucking shit.

Do what?!
Master Traveler
I don't know which song it was because I'm not familiar with any of Bauhaus's work, but it was a great performance. They probably won't do it again. I really hope somebody got a bootleg because it was a fucking wicked show.

Are you saying Trent came out during Bauhaus' set and performed or vice versa?
Grand Pontiff
PM came out during the NIN set. Someone from the Spiral recorded some of it http://messageboards.musictoday.com/sho ... e=99&pp=10 .
I think Rob just rebroadcasted it, the hole is open right now.

*Edit* no rebroadcast, but a birthday roast for Meathead.

We have a video of the whole song w/ Peter Murphy... from the front row of the Pit...

and a lot of pictures, they just finished copying into the computer right now
Bricklayer
the song was "Final Solution", a Peter Murphy song, btw
MikeyLiz
OK. What happened with the "Screwdriver in my fucking face"? Left us hanging there...
Master of Achievement
He put a screwdriver in his fucking face. That was pretty much it. He twisted it around a bit.

Yeah, last night ranks among my most awesome nights of all time.

Help me I'm In Hell was before Non Entity right? The setlist looks good other than that. And isn't the song before Into the Void a part of La Mer and not The Frail or is it a mix of both?
Master Traveler

Guess who caught the tambourine. :p
Master of the Ninth Arch
I really hope someone recorded the audio to that show last night. One of the best shows I've ever seen. The energy the crowd had a huge effect on how fun it was too.

I would also enjoy seeing a setlist for Bauhaus. Hearing Dark Entries as a closer was something to slash off the list of things to do before I die.

Peaches... I have to say I ' m unimpressed with her and would have paid money to have TV on the Radio on this bit of the tour as well. Damn the scheduling!

The setlist is a good one for people who like Broken and PHM, without a doubt.

bauhaus setlist:
double dare
in the flat field
a god in an alcove
she's in parties
adrenaline
severence
silent hedges
in fear of fear
endless summer of the damned
rosegarden funeral of sores
stigmata martyr
dark entries

my second nin show...first time was in erie and this show was triple the intensity. i thought something i can never have was particularly incredible.
i felt a little cheated that the bauhaus set seemed short, but final solution made up for it.
I was at the show last night, why diddnt they do a huge encore?
Master of the Ninth Arch
That show fucking rocked hard expect a full amazing audio of it and some more videos and pics to follow man what a fucking way to end my NIN 05-06 Tour made the 12 hr drive to PA from MA all worth it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here is a link to the whole PM/NIN song which I recorded in excellent quality :)

Hey everyone. This is my first time posting on here. The 6-30 Pitt show was my first NIN concert and I can't believe I didn't get to one sooner.

Anyway, I was trying to find audio of the show and saw on here that it was up over on Dime. It seems like every time I've been there in the past, the site is always at max capacity and I can't sign up. I would really love to get this show and was just wondering if anyone knew if spots really ever open up or had any idea how often a spot actually opens up to register.

Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions anyone might have.

Keep hitting refresh and a spot should open up in about 10-15 minutes.
um, this makes me sound like a noob, but what is dime. I would like to get a copy of the audio from the concert, but i dont know where to go. i dont know if this is against the rules of the forum, but can someone can give me a point in the right direction.

I know I mentioned the necessary corrections earlier, but I figured I'd list the correct setlist for easy referencing.

Everything sounded great except did anyone else think that when The Only Time part kicked in during Closer it sounded off? It seemed like it was moving 3/4 the speed of what it should have been and what I heard in Cleveland back in November.
Master of the Ninth Arch
Sounded fine to me, but it was also the first time I was able to hear them do it.
Master of the Ninth Arch
Just put up the Bauhaus set from 06-30-2006 Pittsburgh, PA on Dime

Enjoy

Pittsburgh show was great. Want to give a quick thanks to Leviathant for hooking us up with after-show passes. It made my birthday weekend better than I could EVER have imagined!!

This was also my first Nails concert. It was awesome and I was excited to hear Down In It. Took some pictures but unfortunately only two of them came out. Oh well. Was a great show and I'm hoping there will be plenty more in the future!
