I thought yesterday was just a little more perfect than today. Still a f'n amazing show though. I'm glad I went both days.

They absolutely did NOT (N-O-T) play any of those 2 songs. What we did hear however, was another loud conversation during Hurt.

Please was definitely played. I'm putting everything I have on that.

I can't remember exactly if it was right after Help Me I'm In Hell or not. As I said, the order of the entire setlist I posted is probably incorrect & misses Eraser.

This setlist is fake, they didn't play starfuckers, Dead Souls, Piggy, The Collector, Non Entity and somewhat damaged last night ... you f*ck!

So much better show than the first day! Great audience, great setlist, loved it!

An extra song or something? It seemed like a longer show than last night.

My first time seeing MSD live (except from far away at a festival so I don't count that). It was fucking awesome. I think it was at the beginning of Sin that Trent stood toward the back of the stage and looked like he was thinking about taking a running leap into the crowd. Everyone was clapping with the music and cheering him on to do it, but of course he didn't.

Burn is such a fucking awesome song live. I love how he sings Only just a little different each time. Last night was kick ass. Reptile is the shit too. Beginning of the End is pretty good live - that was my first time hearing that too.

Alessandro came out and played the last song with Ladytron, who I think are OK. I expected the worst after reading all previous reviews.

And WTF is up with you Spiral people? Have you ever seen a line form? That's what that single formation of people was along the wall - that doesn't mean you should go stand by the door. Assholes.

Great fucking show - see you in Amsterdam!

Eraser was played indeed.

But I am so 300% sure that Please was played. Seriously. And it was before or after No You Don't. Cause I remember thinking "wow, that's two Fragile songs I dreamt about hearing live right after one another".

Unfortunately Please was not played. Perkules' setlist is, once again, flawless. I would bet a million on it.

perkules' setlist looks quite complete to me.


brilliant moment was when Trent played Hurt and this one guy in the crowd crawled on the back of his friend. he completely went in trance. visually stunning.

Trent was really in at the beginning and then faded a little until "The hands that feeds & Head like a hole". No complain about that. After two years on tour, I certainly would not do better.

As usual, Aaron North moved a lot. No complain about him.

Jeordie White used to be off during shows but NOT on this one ! Thanks Jeordie !

To banned : Josh Freese. This guy doesn't know the meaning of "nuance". The only thing he can do is blow his drums ! Jerome Dillon was a better drummer by far... very far. I really don't understand the choice of Trent on this one...

Please wasn't played though. Reptile was. And we got 'the beginning of the end' which was awesome.
The pit was murder during burn and wish. Thanks to all the friendly people (on the left side of the venue) for letting me and my girlfriend push on through to the front during 'something i can never have'. It was quite the romantic evening for us, moshing away front-row.
The crowd was really onto it up front despite trent 'losing focus, kinda drifting into the abstract' duringthe middle part of the gig. Pitty they didn't play 'the big comedown', 'last', or 'ruiner', but hey, we got Mr. self-destruct; sin, reptile and one of the best live versions of closer i have ever heard.

The second Brussels show was, as the first, awesome!!!

I loved the fact that they altered the setlist, so I saw 2 "different" shows... And again blown away... It was super...

I'll cross my fingers for Pukkelpop...

I agree with Perkules' setlist (although I don't know the order and I'm not sure they indeed played "Burn", but I'm not familiar with this one so I may be mistaken)...

Great show, just a shame those bastards screamed et each other during "Hurt"...

If you seen Alex Carepitis with NIN, you would no longer knock the Freese.
I've seen Josh play w/ APC twice and NIN 3 times.
The man is fucking flawless!!!!

I too was really impressed with Josh Freese... Awesome drummer... The way he plays on the right moment hitting the drums...

C'était trop bien!!! Trent était completement dedans, Aaron était partout !!
J'étais juste devant lui, j'ai même eu peur qu'il nous saute dessus comme il l'a déjà fait... Mais non, il a juste frappé dans la lampe au dessus de sa tête avec le pied de micro et sauté partout.
Trent ne nous a pas parlé, pas envie? juste deux "thanks", le public était bien, très diiferent de ce que je connais d'ahbitude: les gens ne poussaient pas et j'ai pu apprecier le concert sans être écrasée, les yeux rivée sur Trent et la scène... dommage que ça doive finir!
Très très bonne setlist, franchement une entrée sur Mr self Destruct j'osais même pas en rêver!!!
J'ai trouvé le concert plus long qu'à Paris, trop bon, même mieux qu'à Paris. J'ai même eu un médiator à la fin que demander de plus...!

Oh oui, vraiment trop bien!!!!


It was awsome!!!! Trent was completely in, Aaron was everywhere!! I was just in front of Aaron, I even feared he would jump in the crowd as he did in previous shows, but no, he just hit the lamp above him with his micro stand and jumped all around.
Trent didn't talked at all, not in the mood? just two "thanks", the crowd was ok, very diferent from what I know, people don't really push you around and squeaze you, which is pretty nice! I could enjoyed the show, all eyes on Trent and the stage... too bad it has to end!!
The setlist was so good! Mr Self Destruct !!! oow how could I have only dreamt about that!
The show was somehow longer than in Paris, and after the lights went on, a member of the crew threw some mediators and I caught one... perfect night!

I wasn't there on the 18th, but I'm glad I went on the 19th 'cause I like the setlist better (just a matter of taste, eh)

Now just hoping they'll come back soon over here !

No, De Standaard had the 'rolling over' quote, when they mentioned that people singing along to 'Hurt' (at the beginning of the 18th performance of that song) made it sound like a footie anthem.
De Morgen simply had: 'Hurt', covered by Johnny Cash. But they also said it was like a small kid threatening to punch you and that Trent looked like a boring middle-class bourgeois guy with a fat check in the bank.

So DS actually gave the best review, despite the Johnny-quote. I think DS guy actually knows the band, which can't be said about the DM guy.

But then DM sucks.

Let's just conclude that reviews in general suck, cause they are written by douchebags who barely succeed in spelling the songtitles correctly (if that).
I've been hooked on NIN for 10 years, I've been to three shows so far, and I can assure everyone that the show on the 18th was magnificent from beginning to end.
Fuck, even if they would have stopped playing right after Heresy, it still would have been worth 10 times the money.

i've only been to one NIN show and that was in 05 in australia.... i know its not the rules to post cause of this... but fuck the rules cause i think this is the only place i might find some info.... in anyone's knowledge here have NIN been regulary playing their projections with select songs or is that just for the DVDs, and the hurt video? In australia i just got a light show and was wondering if anyone knew how regulary they play their projected footage? if you don't know what i'm talking about... take Eraser on BYIT DVD... the footage... or Right where it belongs....?

This gig was definitely better than the day before, I was very pleased when the played Terrible Lie, Sin and Something I Can Never Have. To bad I didn't hear The Frail/The Wretched, but hey: At least I saw them 2 times on this tour, you don't hear me complaining
I just hope I could see them at a festival in Belgium, this summer (Pukkelpop?)!

I hope so too, would be wonderful if they would play at Pukkelpop.

I will probably never be back to this page again, just kinda come apon it on accident, buuuuut..

Jerome Dillion is a great drummer, don't get me wrong, but as far as playing credentials and drummer-to-drummer fame goes, Josh Freese wins this fight without a doubt. Josh has AMAZING drum work with A Perfect Circle, he is a genius writer as far as drums/percussion goes. Everything he plays falls into place quite nicely, and plus he has recorded on over a hundred famous albums from all genres of music etc.

And lets be honest here.. I have been to many NIN shows and have been a fan since I can remember, but when it comes to NIN, the drum work isn't exactly the most difficult. When I was 15 years old I could cover any NIN song any given' day without having to put much thought to it. So whether you get Josh Freese, Jerome Dillion, or the freakin' chick from the White Stripes, tackling the drum work for NIN music isn't exactly the hardest. I get the only thing left to do is put some excitement into your playing which Josh Freese never fails at doing.
