I don't think the people around me even noticed there was fucking going on on the screen during Survivalism. They were all too drunk and stoned. Besides the drunk and stoned people, the concert was great. They did so many songs. And a fucking encore! When did TR decide to start doing encores? I hated that he ended with In This Twilight, though. One of my least favorite songs, but it was good. The ending with them each leaving one by one after the spotlight hit them was corny at best.
This was my first NIN concert in the pit. I knew it was going to be rough, but I didn't think it would be as rough as it was. I've been in more aggressive pits, but the problem tonight was that all the stupid assholes who usually break into their own mosh pits weren't really doing that in favor of just standing still and pushing people for the hell of it. I wanted to punch them in the face and probably could have seeing as they were all pussy-ass bitches.

Clearly they weren't trying to move up because every time the crowd shifted, I got closer and closer to the stage. That having been said, Robin is creepy and awesome as fuck. JMJ plays with all the emotion of a robot. Josh is amazing, as usual, and Alessandro looked bored. TR was really cool to see up close. He's so animated.
Definitely the best NIN (of the 3) concert I've been to. I thought we were almost going to get away without hearing Hurt, but no such luck.
And I love Ghostland. Watching Aaron dance was hilarous. I just wish they had played more songs instead of doing Tool-esque long drawn out instrumental sections of songs. And I wished they had done Silver City.

But enough about GO. Maybe I'll go see them at Stubbs in a couple weeks if it isn't sold out already.
More interesting things/questions I have. Was Robin playing a recorder? What was that? JMJ on the upright bass and TR on the marimba and later, glockenspiel was cool.
Also, to the stupid girl who spilled her beer all over me because she was jumping up and down screaming when the band first came on, Fuck you! Drink that shit. I hope you lost your joint again doing all that unnecessary freaking out. God I hate fangirls.
Anybody actually get there at 4? It was pretty empty when we got there at 7:30 and didn't fill up that much more. Not even close to a sell-out.
I have a long list of complaints about all the people in the pit I was around, but overall, I really enjoyed myself. I'm sad that Josh is leaving because they were all so good together and I was finally close enough to see that.
Woohoo, tonight was awesome! Thanks, Trent!
