For sure this was the show, to be at because of....

Show almost cancelled, at least half of the crew got stuck, beacuse of a highway was closed.

They started with Pinion, followed by Terrible Lie, this is when you knew something was 'up'

No light-show whatsoever, only the usual wall of lights behind them, and on the sides, nothing else.

I loved the show, we got some songs that haven't been played...

Gave up
The Line Begins to Blur
The Frail
The Wretched
Reptile
The Begginning of the End
Starfuckers
Head Like a Hole

And some more that, I wrote down on iphone who just died on me.

Also I got a pic of Rob taking this pic, heh.

**Long, annoying, incoherent post alert**

Easily one of the best shows this tour. I underestimated the Boise crowd-- they were crazy. It was either get severely crushed or get tossed hard in the pit. I moved around and there was no people that were just standing still i the pit. It was a small turnout but the crowd's energy made up for it. Before the show started I got nervous because it was well after 8pm when the Bug was to perform--which I dont know why theyre getting a lot of hate, they werent bad--two local radio Boise DJ's came on stage. I thought they were going to say that the band got snowed in or something, and the show's cancelled because Portland was coming down a little hard when I left, but they just did some stupid hijinks to pump up the crowd since we've been waiting.

I knew something was up with the screens when the Bug performed without the background that's been with the other shows. Appartently the crowd liked the song 'Hardcore' or just saying the word cause they kept yelling it even after the song was over. There was no lights that someone else mentioned earlier but we got the bomb diggity set list. My highlights were the line begins to blur, starfuckers, and reptile. I dont have the setlist, but the only songs he left out this time because of the missing segments were the Ghosts songs, Me Im Not/Great Destroyer, ITT and Vessel. They started their opening with Terrible Lie and some of their usual openings were in the middle of the set. I admit since I began a visual effects addict now, thanks to this tour, I was a bit bummed that it was minus the lights since I only have one more show to go, but shit happens.

I cant remember Trent's speech verbatim but he apologized for having a show without the screens, that the roads were closed and the crew had a setup time at 7am but didnt get there till like 4 or 5 I think. He couldnt remember where the show was the night before, he was like um, someone called out Portland and then he was like yeah Portland. He said that he wanted everyone to experience the visual part of this and felt bad that they werent able to do that tonight, but that he'll make it up to us and they certainly did. The only other time he spoke, he introduced the band and that was it. The show ended with Hurt. Oh and the venue did have a half retarded rule of no drinks on the floor, so we pretty much dehydrated down there.

**Edit Oh yeah and Trent went down into the crowd during Piggy.

No, it most certainly did not. They played 3-4 songs after Hurt. The setlist I posted on nin.com and the one reposted above does contain errors with the ghosts track and everything, and i know the order is off but they played through them too fast to keep track.

My bad, I had a Toledo moment and too much jet lag.

That is a link to my buddy's picasa page. Nine of the photos are from the Salt Lake City show on 9/3, of which you can tell because we weren't at the front right of the stage and they also had the screens. I also got a setlist that I will scan and post later.

All in all, it was an awesome show despite not having the entire experience. I hyped it up to a few buddies with the screens and the awesomeness they bring. After the concert they both said it was the greatest show they have seen despite not having the visuals.

God damn. Haven't been able to get to a cpu since the show. Glad to see that someone got the setlist.

I have some video from the show. I'll get it posted to the web soon. The video quality is pretty decent, and the sound is great. I was blatantly videotaping all over the place with my miniDV and I didn't get hassled whatsoever. Got Trent's speech, Starfucker's, The Wretched, and Reptile in full, and other miscellaneous footage. I'll let you guys know when I get it posted.

Here's video of Trent's speech about the show being canceled, as well as the entire performance of Gave Up. The quality is pretty god damned sweet, if I may say so.
