okay settled down a little bit

Anyway, pleasantly surprised at the onslaught of heavyish songs straight after each other. And a lovely Fragile section near the end. Down In It was quite surprising. Aaron North jumped on my hand.

Highlights include: TGD, No You Dont, Eraser, Gave Up, Wish & the ferocious final 3/4 songs.

La mer then Into the Void! No longer do I have to skip through albums to hear this natural progression anymore, as it is now firmly embedded in my psyche. Thank you Trent

I swear, I nearly s*at last night. It was easily one of the best shows I have EVER seen. "Me, I'm not" and "The Great Destroyer" were highlights for me, as I never thought I'd see them played live (two of my faves from the album).

It was a completely different sort of show to the Nottingham gig from March. One of those moments where you realise what a profession, music-loving bunch of cats really look like!

Does anyone else now NEED to hear what's going to come after the end of "Zero Sum"??? *sigh*

Was a great show.

My only gripe was i'm not sure that "Me I'm Not" works that well in the live setting though - obviously everybody will have there own opinion but it just didn't work for me on the night.
The mesh screen was a good addition to the stage setup though and made for some good visuals.

Was the 4th show of the tour for me and overall was as good as any of the others i attended. A cracking show and the band were obviously up for it and enjoyed it.

Wonder when we'll see TR and the boys back in the UK - not too long away i hope !

Awesome show! Great sound and great production - nice one boys!! Loved the screen, I thought it worked really well esp with the newer songs. I would have liked to have been a bit closer but nevermind. One of the best gigs I've been to for sure.

North jumped into the crowd at the end of down in it. He was pretty manic throughout the night.

Enjoy the crappy German festivals lads!!

Me too!! I got right to the front, lasted the whole of the gig then flaked out but it was definitely worth it!! Think I still enjoyed Birmingham's gig on Tuesday and the Notts gig more. Although I'm not sure if that was because I was concentrating on not collapsing

That room was seriously hot!!! Unfortunately had to abandon the floor for the balcony before NIN even got on due to being too claustrophobic, however had fantastic view from the balcony. My first NIN show and just totally blew me away!!

Let's hope they return soon!!

This was the second time I have seen them this tour.
I just did not want the night to end! I was in NIN heaven:)
Managed to get near the front ....was a bit toasty warm in there;)
Beginning of burn did rock!

And wolverhampton has a cool rock pub called the giffard which we went to after and they played NIN yay

Oh man! I forgot about 'Capital G'. That would have been ace!

I thought this was the best this band has been. Sounded great, good mix, voice nice & strong + good performance also good set list. Full speed up until Burn and then back up again.

I also thought Me. I'm Not & TGD didn't work that well live (except the HIS breakdown). TGS was pretty faithful to the studio version & HYPERPOWER & TBOTE were ace.

I also thought the screens would be used for more than just 4 songs?

All in all excellent and am still buzzing despite getting home after 3:00 & driving 300 miles!

It was suuuuch an amazing night but toooooo hot!
I came out, my hair soaked with other peoples sweat and just looked properly like i'd been in the shower fully clothed.
Good memories though.
Im only 5"2 so i couldnt really see much, so i didnt really see the full effect of the screen but from the glimpses i caught, it was a nice touch...Made it look like a proper, true to form Nine Inch Nails gig.

WOW - that show was quite simply the most phenomenal thing Ive seen. Awesome set - I was absolutley blown away by The Great Destoryer, Me, Im Not, Eraser and Only with the screen and of course the usual suspects.

Was about a row from the front for a while and I have to say that after the Birmingham show the crowd was great and from where I was actually great to fellow NIN fans. The opposite can certainly be said to Birmingham where some morons were just interested in crushing people to get to the front and Heckling Ladytron.

I dont really know what else to say at this point - I didnt think I could be more in love with NIN than I was before but that was fucking awesome.

It was a shame that the guys couldnt use the screens in Birmingham but the two shows together and the different setlists really made a great two part show to see. Amazing.

Oh, and for the Americans in the Spiral que - take note - you guys are a fucking example of why a lot of Europeans hate Americans. You spoil it for the americans, a lot that I know, who are actually polite, decent and civilised people. The world is not Americas playground - call it 'British' but here we are civilised enough to know how to que. I hope you enjoy the rest of your time in Europe. Everyone else was really great to meet. Its a shame that SOME Spiral members have absolutley zero respect for their fellow NIN fans.

Oh, and kagey! Where were you?! The flag was there and I have some pictures to post of the handover to ishtmail and carmell (two awesome people) we were jeordie side after I narrowly missed getting crushed by Aaron in Birmignham. Also thanks to the girls on the front row who were really great and supportive over the Spiral que issue.

The great destroyer was definitely my highlight, I was hoping for it at Brum, but had a feeling it would be wheeled out at Wolves. Hope they come back sooner rather than later.

I was about half way back but it was still an awesome gig!

THIS IS THE BEST NIN SHOW I HAVE EVER SEEN

it even beats the astoria, which will nonetheless maintain a special place in my heart for nostalgic purposes. the lighting, performance, crowd, and energy were completely tight. there was the usual crush, but nobody got hurt, the band seemed to want to fucking KILL after the Birmingham mishaps. I'm really glad i got to see the light show, which particularly brought a whole new dimension to hurt - it's the first time i ever felt anything for the song live - and what a feeling!

TGD wasn't too interesting until the breakdown in terms of lighting and performance, it seemed as if they were rattling it out really. but then..BOOM BOOM BSHH"$£%£P %UHYJ%I&^E^T. Screens go apeshit, the people on stage start twiddling every knob in front of them, and the crowd goes mental. the inclusion of the HIS breakdown brought me closer to orgasm than nin has ever done before. I kept saying to everyone in the pub afterwards: THIS is the reason i'm a NIN fan.

yeah, so everything was fucking amazing. well worth being forced to queue beyond realistically necessary in European terms.

Looking for one of the Daniels we sorta met after the show (one of the blokes Aaron landed on). Got a quick question for ya, could you PM me? (I'm one of the gals who walked up the street with you and your mate.)

But yeah, good show! Didn't bother with the floor; I could feel the heat rising up to the balcony. Was hoping to hear The Warning during the show, since they seemed to go through it during soundcheck for quite some time.

icklekitty it was great to finally meet you and the other guys from ets in person - if only a little daunting at first to walk up and say hi! (you could probably tell I was nervous)

The water issue was particularly annoying - I did try and hand some back to the people behind me (who cant have gotten much throughout the show)but there was only ever enough for about a mouthful for two people, and when we asked for more the lady dissapeared. Far from ideal.

Oh, and on the issue of Americans - it is a shame because people like Lorena, who even dicided not to get to the rail this time to let others get a chance are awesome people. But for anyone meeting a particular family in the queue would get a very bad perspective of Americans.

Was it just me but in the World ending breakdown of TGD were there bits of MOTP and Ruiner in the distortion because it was certainly different from the version on youtube/ninofficial???

I have to agree with you on Hurt - that was one of the most powerful things I have seen. Why are we NIN fans? Because of shows like that. Absolutely.

Hey all it was a great gig.. Wonderful to meet some new faces and some familiar spiral friends. Great gig and great venue.. Big hello to the huge English guy in the red top behind me who spent the first 1/2 of the gig facing the wring way and guys don't be so hard of the Americans in the que.. they were pretty cool people and it was awesome they traveled so far to the gig .. would be really bad if the que was the thing you remembered most about the gig. I totally get your point and agree with everything everyone says about the whole que thing but we all had awesome time x

I was there, near the front on the right-hand side. My first NIN gig, and simply EPIC. The crampedness made it feel, especially during MotP, Burn and the YZ songs, like a Resistance meeting or somesuch thing...my ears are still buzzing. Fuckin' awesome, Mr. Reznor. Hope to see you overe here again soon.

See now im struggling to remember who people i met are on this forum.. Like i probably saw half you people and spoke to you, but dont know who you are here.

But anyway. Show was great, but it was ruined by a pair of cunts during burn.

I had a couple of italian girls behind me and i was on the barrier and during Burn they pushed forward and pushed them out of the way and behaved like absolute arseholes. The smaller of the 2 was kicking me in the knees and i think the guy and girl either side of me, then he tried to push in between me and the girl on my right to get to the barrier by ducking down and focing his bald cunt head in between our elbows. Both of us had the same idea and just dug our elbows into his neck so he fucked off, but then his friend started mouthing off to me.
Apparently all he wanted was to get a picture from the barrier then he'd leave. Sure. When i refused to let him go he started ranting at me and said he was going to try and ruin the show for me.. He did so by continuing to kick my legs and dig his elbows into me.. Also threated to kick the shit out of me when i left and told the girls who were behind me hed smack them as well! Lovely people. I told security and they had someone watching him from the balcony until he finally fucked off after the great destroyer..
Myself and JayGregg got a bit of a beating, as did the girl next to me, but i felt sorry for the girls behind me mostly. Saw them afterwards and they were fine though.
SHOCKINGLY the guys didnt come and try and kick the shit out of me afterwards, or the ladies. And there was me thinking that they wernt all mouth.. Oh well!

That aside. Awesome show. I prefered the setlist at Birmingham, but probably only cause of Last to be honest! Heresy was the nuts.
Also trent went crazy throwing tambourines out. There'll be a shortage before long if he keeps giving them out at this rate!

They rehearsed The Warning extensively during the soundcheck. Probably heard it fully 3 or 4 times, and the start another 3 or 4 times. The soundcheck for Into the Void was shaking the building apart the bass was so heavy! It was a beautiful thing!

Its the people you meet that make these things worthwhile though isnt it? I was so glad to meet awesome people after coming down by myself, so to everyone who got/had to endure me in the queue, cheers!

Seen Nails four times since '99, last night for me was the best. Outstanding playlist. Simple but very effective light show. The screen was used just enough & at the right times. Good PA system & Trent really seemed to go for it.
My heart & my ears we buzz for some time. Just wished it was on DVD 'cause I think last night was better than 'Beside You In Time'.

I just can't put it into words how fuckin' awsome last night was so I'm gonna stop tryin'.

If anybody does catch up with Nails in Germany let us know if ya are on the guest list.

Everything about this show oozed class. Thank god for the crowd, I have never spoken to so many absolutely lovely people at an NIN show, pretty much everyone I spoke to in the queue (which was a fair few people!) raised a smile - that was before the start of the show!

Even though I had seen the same screens at Reading the position I took by the sound desk was great, I got a perfect view right down to the stage which seemed like it was a bit higher than the Academy venues. There was also so much space! I felt like we could have turned this into a roller disco or something!

Down in It... I can die happy. Perhaps.

It was also great to hear The Warning being played in the soundcheck about five times. We didn't actually go into the venue but the crew left the back door open so it was crystal clear.

Excellent show. Very impressive screen effects. I can't get my head around the transparent screen.

Liked the venue, although the wooden walls at the side were vibrating which spoilt the sound slightly.

Why what happened ??

Just got back from a long day of travelling home from Wolverhampton and OH MY GOD- this was the best live gig I have ever been to. Ever.
I thought playing hurt at the end was genius and the light show with the screen was amazing. Got loads of photos and mini vids which I will try to upload later.
I thought the crowd was amazing, the venue was too hot but a good size (not too big) and the set list was fantastic.
My highlights were Hurt and Heresy.
Well worth travelling to and a big 'Hi' to all those who stayed at the Britannia! Wasn't the check- in queue fun!

I checked in at 2pm on the day of the gig along with about 50 other NIN fans who just wanted to get checked in and dump their rucksacks! The check in staff were like 'WTF- where have all these people come from'? There was a nice sense of community in the queue- I think you had the right idea going a day early!

That's why there were no available rooms then me and my friend stayed at the Connaught, bit of a trek after the gig but meh.

Absolutely blown away by the show, my first NIN gig and was everything I expected and more...seeing a couple of the guys round the side afterwards was very cool as well.

Still amazed

My favourites were Into the Void, Eraser and The Great Destroyer. I think I preferred Notts and Birmingham better but the screens were awesome - It was finally nice to see a light show by NIN, it's only taken me 4 times of seeing them this year to get one. Being right at the front was well worth it as was getting hit on the head by Aaron. I'm impressed I lasted right till the lights went up then I thought I was going to collapse.

To the guy behind me if you're here thanks for holding me up for most of the night and handing me water. I owe you one (I was the girl with short black hair dying in front of you)

I attended Birmingham and Wolverhampton this week and had some amazing experiences at both gigs. This was my sixth and seventh time of seeing NIN.

I was so pleased with the setlists. After watching the festival setlists roll in, I was expecting to be disappointed. Birmingham blew my mind in that respect. I was going on about it all day the next day to my friend. "Ruiner! AND Last!"

As soon as Heresy kicked in, I knew it was going to be another amazing night. I'm so pleased they decided to mix up the setlists for these postponed shows. It's only right, since these are the songs they were playing when they were due to do the shows originally, but it's still commendable.

The Civic Hall is a nice venue. Clean, organised, good acoustics and big enough for that awesome screen. My only complaint is with the water. It was pathetic! One lady giving out tiny little cones of water to a small portion of the crowd one pint cup at a time..! That was unbelievably bad. I managed to pass one or two back though.

I am so sick of seeing Ladytron now. That was the fifth time and it was only just bearable, thanks largely to the comical banter I was having with a couple I met. We decided that Ladytron were robots/clones from the planet Ladytron that were created and controlled by the Asian looking keyboard player.

Everything was going so well until BAM out of nowhere, during Down In It, I think... Aaron stagedived and landed on me. Not just..on top of me.. but since I was front row.. he landed against my face. Ow. Knocked my glasses off, they're gone now, and did a nice number on my nose too. But I did end up with some after show passes, which more than made up for the pain. And it's a NIN gig. You should expect to come out of it all bruised and broken, bleeding.

I was on my own this time so I thought I'd brave the front... I usually hang back a bit further...

It was sooo hot at the front, managed to get just in front of T. Reznor with one line of people between me and the railing. Was INCREDIBLY hot up there. Thanks to the guy in front of me with the long hair who I leant on at one point while fighting the urge to pass out!!!

Loved it when the Hyperpower intro started playing.

Enjoyed lots of ice cold water from the fiendly bar man at the Novotel when I got back...

Still buzzing!

I was so pleased with the setlists. After watching the festival setlists roll in, I was expecting to be disappointed. Birmingham blew my mind in that respect. I was going on about it all day the next day to my friend. "Ruiner! AND Last!"

As soon as Heresy kicked in, I knew it was going to be another amazing night. I'm so pleased they decided to mix up the setlists for these postponed shows. It's only right, since these are the songs they were playing when they were due to do the shows originally, but it's still commendable.

The Civic Hall is a nice venue. Clean, organised, good acoustics and big enough for that awesome screen. My only complaint is with the water. It was pathetic! One lady giving out tiny little cones of water to a small portion of the crowd one pint cup at a time..! That was unbelievably bad. I managed to pass one or two back though. :)

I am so sick of seeing Ladytron now. That was the fifth time and it was only just bearable, thanks largely to the comical banter I was having with a couple I met. We decided that Ladytron were robots/clones from the planet Ladytron that were created and controlled by the Asian looking keyboard player.

Everything was going so well until BAM out of nowhere, during Down In It, I think... Aaron stagedived and landed on me. Not just..on top of me.. but since I was front row.. he landed against my face. Ow. Knocked my glasses off, they're gone now, and did a nice number on my nose too. But I did end up with some after show passes, which more than made up for the pain. And it's a NIN gig. You should expect to come out of it all bruised and broken, bleeding.

So glad I chose Wolverhampton,knowing what Birmingham missed out on.
It was incredible,was at Brixton '99,'05,Notts '07 and this was the best NIN gig i've been to and that's saying something!
The older songs fit like they were part of the Year Zero script,a perfect soundtrack set.
I was completely lost in the moment,not waiting to hear certain songs.It was felt by the band and everyone in the hall,you were at one of those special gigs with no barriers,a night of Resistance came alive.

I've seen all the punk, goth, alternative , indie bands etc over the past 4 decades, in the UK, Europe & USA.
I'm 42 now, but this was the best I have been to.
NIN are not even my fave band, thats a mixture of Love & Rockets / Bauhaus , Siouxsie & Ministry, but I've seen them at least once on each UK tour since Birmingham Goldwyns in 1991.
The set list, sound, atmosphere & most importantly the band were just unreal. My wife came, who aint a believer and she was blown away, saying as oy=ther's have done ' that was a SPECIAL' night.
We could of watched it for hours!
I'm really glad it isn't just me who is saying / thinking this was the best NIN show they had seen !

A bit like yourself I've been going to gigs constantly since 1983 and have seen some toppers:

Metallica tour Master of Puppets in Edinburgh a couple of weeks before Cliff Burton died
Slayer tour Reign in Blood
RHCP play the Barrowlands in 1993(?)
Faith No More tour The Real Thing then Angel Dust where they became the first band to sell out 4 nights at the Barras - went to all 4 - the stuff of legend

Reckon I would have to add the Wolves gig and 1st night at the Academy in Glasgow to the above list

Travelled down that day and stayed at the Brittannia - wondered why I was getting a couple of looks from the staff, but I must have missed all the other NIN fans at the check-in

To the gig - very cool friendly people and a smashin' wee venue - dead chuffed to see the light rig hanging up when I went in - 4th NIN show and up til then hadn't seen them with a full on light show

Down the front for the whole gig
The show was just astounding
The crowd were well up for it and the band played out of their skins
Fantastic setlist with welcome changes of pace (I am getting on a bit you know)
As mentioned before - it was absolutely roasting in the place - I think when I got back to the hotel the staff must have thought all the NIN fans must have broken into a swimming pool and went for a dip
My legs gave up during HLAH - did I mention I was getting on a bit?

Highlights? - all of it - from beginning to end - worth every mile travelled and every penny spent

I'm sure the band will play gigs as good as this on other occasions - but I can't imagine how they could possibly better it

Oh my jesus this was a great gig. Once again so cool to see everyone in the line outside- the only dissappointment was the crazy yank not wearing her full on 'I'm marrying Trent in the morning' YZ dress like she was at Brum
Sound check destroyed the building- The Warning was played about 6 times so I imagine it wasnt quite working out.

What can I say about the gig other than its awesomeness?!!
I too got rather over excited when Down in it was played- all in all it was a pretty mint set list.
I loved the screen- TGD totally ripped although I think Meatheads last cartoon may have ruined the dramatic effect for me a bit!!!

In all the times I have seen NIN I have never had such a warm fuzzy feeling inside after a gig. When the screen lit up with the giant NIN sign at the end I have never been prouder to be a NIN fan.

THANK YOU!!! I had joined up in the line early that morning with some people who offered to save a spot for me since I had to check into my hotel earlier that day. I was still there VERY early and arrived to a quite functional line. After a while, they moved us, the line totally shifted, and there was a group of people, consisting of one particulary anti-american whiney arse on here that insisted they belonged up at the front because they had been here earlier than anyone else, despite the fact that they were behind us in the inital line.

The bottom line was that everyone got in that was up in the front, they have just as good of a spot as I did once they got in, just on the other side.... and all the yelling and whining in line really just put a damper on the day. It was unfortunate - everyone in line was so excited and there was all this fighting in line. I personally didn't really engage with them, but it was a shame there had to be line drama.

I travelled very far to come to this show and all I wanted to do was enjoy it... thank goodness those people were nowhere near me inside.

That was an awesome show, up there with my favourite NIN gigs to date.
I got some half decent photos this time (compared to the blurry shots i got in Birmingham).

the audience upstairs were a bit lifeless, all sitting down rather politely very odd indeed. the sound was phenomenal though.

I'm exceeding late in this, but I just wanted to say that TGD live is the most fooking awesomest thing ever! I think I was in shock for a couple of minutes afterwards. So, so amazing. Loved this gig.

Acid pits, thanks for grabbing beers with me while everyone was lined up. That made the day go by so much faster. Icklekitty, thanks for the mini-tambourine! I wish I had seen you guys in action with it. ;p

neon, it was nice meeting you and your mum. Sorry I didn't hang out down there for the show. I had a pretty good vantage point on the balcony, though.

I'm glad we got to hear them soundcheck The Warning. Whenever they decide to play it live, it will so rock.

TGD was way too cool almost 3 days after the gig abd I still havent recovered. I did get pissed off when some American bird, reckoned I was too fooking old to goto a NIN gig as to me 38 aint fooking old, she did look all of 14 though which could explain it

I would have liked to see some 60 year olds there rocking their arses off. Stands to reason there must be some 60+ fans!

I was in the balcony, and it made a great change to be able to see everything going on, rather than having to stand on tip-toes for the whole gig. I too was very surprised when no-one stood up in the balcony, but it was great to be able to relax and soak up the whole NIN experience, as opposed to the Birmingham date on Tuesday, where I was stood at the back, squinting, hopping from foot to foot. Great show. No - awesome show!

I didn't turn up early at Birmingham, I got there late and as far as I was aware it was okay for me to hang out/cut in with my only friends there like has been acceptable EVERY OTHER TIME I HAVE BEEN TO A SHOW EVEN WHEN I DIDN'T WANT TO but I never do it unless I'm asked or told it's ok, it was probably ok because I'd travelled in for hours or some sort of unwritten queuing rule. I travelled all the way from Glasgow to see this show with my mate.

Best show i've ever seen. Period. The lights, the setlist, the crowd, the energy.
Totally blew me away...

Worth all that traveling.

I never stood still the whole night. The crowd were very energetic as well.

The highlight of a very shitty summer.

not quite the best show ever but pretty close. and we travelled from deepest darkest south west scotland. it was fun to watch the lighting tech although I get the feeling that he was caught off-guard by 'the day the world went away'. the sound was fantastic but the upstairs crowd were lifeless compared with glasgow earlier in the year when upstairs was anything but lifeless.

In all fairness, the security on the balcony were a bunch of cunts who wouldn't let anyone with seats stand up. I, however, did a half standing/half sitting thing from my chair on right-hand side. I only got yelled at once.

'the day the world went away' was when the light tech started paying attention to what he was doing and when he put his headset/mic on - i had a great view of the automated desk and lighting desk set-up from the balcony. any idea who did the sound ?

That show was killer. It was definitely up there with the best shows I've seen in my life. I think it eclipsed even the shows in March. I must admit when the screen came down I was ready to get pissed off as I hate having to look through slits (shut up!) but it really added to it (and saved me a headache) when I finally understood that I wasn't supposed to squint through the screen, but look at it.

Think this might have been me, you're very welcome glad to hear you're ok and enjoyed the show it was an awesome night 4th time this year for me too and they just keep getting better although Birmingham in March was also incredible.

taping live shows is harder than folk give the taper's credit for. best place is in front of the mixing desk but if you do that you miss out on what's happening on stage. and it may have been recorded officially as i did see a lot of blank discs on a spindle being dug out by the live sound guy who, although not adrian sherwood, was still very very good. so was there an audio feed from the desk into the mac g4 ? anyone's guess, but possible.I know the ladytron slot was filmed from the desk area but the sound for that was awful - there must have been a dolby 'b' button left on somewhere

i missed them at the barras - I was doing sound for a band at nice and sleazy's that night - what was that like ? although nothing quite beats seeing them in a small venue, especially when they're in full smash the hell out of everything mode.

cool - i ask because i have some friends that went to barrowlands, and have been to a ton of subsequent shows, and say that that's the best show ever for them. so it's interesting to see that you rate wolves as being even better than that.

i went to the carling academy gigs, but not the barrowlands. apparently the barrier there would have pierced my neck had i gone, so i think i can live with missing that show!!

you would have loved them at king tut's in glasgow. no barriers, just a danger from shrapnel and low-flying equipment

Oh, just wanted to mention that Caramell (aka my girl) managed to get the very last pick Jeordie was playing with (on Hurt), and she also found one that he just threw in without playing... Wish it was Trent's tambourine, but hey, who are we to complain?

All in all, it was awesome. We were in 2nd row, just in front of Jeordie, and were lucky enough not to have any drunk idiots around us. There was this blonde chick, though, that wanted to elbow her way past us... After we butted her (maybe a bit too harshly), she behaved and was content to be beside us.

The sound was incredibly good, as I've grown accustomed to at NIN shows, and they played brutally good.

Oh, and seeing that 1,5 metre gap between the stage and the fence, I didn't think that Aaron would actually attempt to jump into the crowd... But his athletic skills are incredible and he managed to jump the distance, guitar and all... I pity the people who got hurt by his acrobatics...

Trent was in a very, very good mood, as was evident from his mid-show speech... I bet German people were pissed off after that

And they played TheGreatDestroyer, goddamnit! And we heard The Warning 5 times! WOW! (okay, okay, that WAS during soundcheck, through the side door, but still)
Did anyone notice that tidbit of ThePerfectDrug amidst that noise part?

Yeah, I ended up between Trent and Aaron right in the front and I was in the middle of taking a picture when all of a sudden Aaron came piling on top of my head... I got hit in the face and then no one was helping to pick him up around me so I had his ass in my hands for a while trying to get him up and out (idiots surrounded me) but that was awesome he jumped in.

Hearing the warning during soundcheck was incredible... that song sounded killer live and the people who do finally get to hear that are going to be very lucky! I am glad I at least got to hear it a bit...

Hmmm... I didn't notice it. I'll have to go back and look at my video, although the audio is quite bad since I was up close.

Apart from the HIS, which I was expecting, I don't think I could concentrate enough to pick out any other songs in that breakdown. I was too busy creaming myself in awe.

I dunno, I was just in awe at the Wolves show + the setlist was amazing.
I was in just the right mood to go crazy etc.

It was a tiny venue and they still managed to use the amazing lights etc. Perfect nin show in my opinion.

I take it Wolves is your favourite so far?

As far as ThePerfectDrug during TGD goes, listen to TPD between 2:45 and 3:55, some of that shit was used in The Great Destroyer... I almost had a fit when I heard it, cause I wanted to hear TPD live for a long time now, and I atleast got a sample of it...
